01 - Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
02 - Combine cream cheese, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in mixing bowl. Beat until smooth and creamy.
03 - Add shredded chicken, cheddar cheese, and green onions to cream mixture. Stir until evenly distributed.
04 - Unroll crescent dough and separate into 8 triangles. Place heaping spoonful of chicken mixture on wide end of each triangle. Roll from wide end to tip, enclosing filling completely.
05 - Place filled crescents in prepared baking dish, seam side down. Pour any remaining chicken mixture around rolls.
06 - Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over crescents and filling.
07 - Bake for 25-30 minutes until crescents are golden brown and filling is bubbly.
08 - Let dish rest for 5 minutes before serving to allow filling to set.
